Where to Stay

A villa, a hotel, a "masseria", the possibilities are endless in Puglia and there is something for everyone.

In the City

Lecce is a great base from where to explore. It's a small enough city to cover in a few days, with a bustling nightlife and all of the services and amenities you could possibly need. By choosing Lecce as your base, you could limit or eliminate the need for a car rental all together. Here are some of our top picks in the city:

Risorgimento Resort

Le Luminarie B&B

Armonie Rooms & Apartments

These are just a few options, chosen based on their ratings and proximity to the reception location and center of the city.

Of course, there should also be great options on vrbo.com and airbnb.com

By the Sea

If you wish to stay by the sea, we recommend staying anywhere along the coast from Punta Prosciutto to Torre Lapillo. In this particular case, you will need a car to get around so only stay here if you have your own car or if you are planning on renting. Here are some ideas:

Villetta Sole

Tenuta Nonno Carmine

Latino Rent Room

Again, here, it is worth it looking into options on vrbo.com and airbnb.com

In the Countryside

The Puglian countryside is famous for a reason, endless rows of olive trees as extending as far as the eye can see, vineyards and the deep, red earth. There are plenty of options for stays from a "masseria" which is a fancy farmhouse converted into a resort or b&b, to a private villa with a pool. You are going to be looking for any options located between Torre Santa Susanna and Lecce to stay close to where the action is. Again, here you are going to need a car rental.

Here is a shortlist of places on airbnb with availability around the time of the wedding.

Feel free to go beyond this list, there are plenty of options, especially for those of you who want to share with other wedding guests!
